STONEWORTH WAREHOUSE PRICE PROMISE TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the unlikely event that you find the same type and quality of natural stone cheaper anywhere else in the UK, we will offer you a reduction of 10% on the price for our matching product subject to the following terms and conditions:
 

• The stone must be publicly available for purchase in and from the UK, within the same week as your purchase from Stoneworth Warehouse.
• The stone must be ‘like for like’. By its nature, no two stone products can be identical, therefore in the case of any dispute, the interpretation of ‘like for like’ will be subject to the judgement of a director of the Stoneworth Warehouse. Our judgement and decision will be final. In the case of any dispute we will offer to refund any customer the full purchase price of the Stoneworth Warehouse product upon return of the undamaged product. We reserve the right to request a sample of the product with which the Stoneworth Warehouse product is being compared from anyone claiming a discount under the Stoneworth Warehouse Price Promise, as well as the name, address and phone number of the retailer of the comparable stone, in order to make this judgement.
• Trade prices do not qualify as ‘like for like’ under the terms and conditions of our Price Promise.
• Price comparisons must take into account VAT, delivery costs and any other surcharge – in other words the total cost of purchasing and taking delivery of that product.
• Typographical pricing errors will not qualify as ‘like for like’ under the terms and conditions of our Price Promise.
• This Price Promise is subject to variations of the terms and conditions, which will be amended as appropriate on this website. It may also be withdrawn without advance notice.
